Highline Window Tint ("we," "us") is a local residential window tint business serving the south Denver metro. This page explains what information we collect, how we use it, and how our text messages work. Short version: we use your info to quote and install your tint, and we don't sell it or share it with anyone for marketing.
Information we collect
- From the quote form: your name, phone number, street address and ZIP, email, window photos, and anything you write in the notes.
- When you call or text us: your phone number, and any voicemail or message you leave.
- When you visit the site: basic technical data our hosting provider records automatically (like IP address and browser type) to keep the site running and secure. The service-area map loads map images from OpenStreetMap (and CARTO, if enabled), which see your IP address when the map loads.
How we use it
- To prepare your quote, schedule your install, and follow up about your job.
- To reply to your calls, texts, and emails.
- To ask for a review after your install (you can ignore or opt out anytime).
Who we share it with
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We only share it with the service providers that run our business tools (for example, our email, file storage, website hosting, and phone/text providers), and only so they can provide those services to us. We may also disclose information if required by law.
Text messages (SMS)
What you'll get: texts from Highline Window Tint about your quote request, appointment scheduling, and follow-up on your tint job. If you call us and we miss it, we may send one text in reply with a link to request a quote.
How you opt in: by checking the text-message consent box on our quote form, or by calling or texting our business number.
Frequency: message frequency varies based on your request.
Cost: message and data rates may apply.
Opt out: reply STOP at any time to stop receiving texts. You'll get one confirmation message, and then no more. Reply START to opt back in.

Your phone number stays private: mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Consent to receive texts is not required to request a quote or buy our services.
How long we keep it
We keep quote and job records as long as we need them to serve you, handle warranty questions, and meet our tax and legal obligations. Photos and notes from quotes that don't turn into a job are deleted when we no longer need them.
Your choices
You can ask us to see, correct, or delete the information we have about you by emailing travis@highlinetint.com. Reply STOP to any text to stop messages.
Security
We use reputable, password-protected business tools to store your information. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect what you share with us.
Children
Our services are for homeowners and adults. We don't knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Changes
If we update this page, we'll change the date at the top.
