Home window tint · Littleton & the south Denver metro
Home window tint that keeps your view and loses the heat.
If you've got a room that turns into an oven every afternoon, a TV you can't see until sunset, or hardwood that's fading by the window, film fixes it. I'll come out, measure, and give you a straight price. No pressure.
- Local and owner-run. You deal with me, not a call center.
- Blocks 99% of UV, which matters at Colorado altitude.
- Most homes done in a single day.
That's the glare you're living with now. Tap a shade to compare.

Tap the ones that apply and they'll be on your quote request, so I bring the right samples.
Hi, I'm Travis.
I started Highline Window Tint because good home tinting around here is either a big franchise with a sales pitch, or someone who mostly does cars and squeezes houses in. I only do homes, and I do every job myself.
I live in the south metro, so I know what the afternoon sun does to a west-facing living room in July and how low it comes in through the windows in December.
- You get a fixed price at the measure. It doesn't change on install day.
- I'll tell you if a room doesn't need film. Not every window does.
- Clean edges, no bubbles, drop cloths down, and I take my trash with me.
The films I install
Most homes only need one of these. I'll bring samples you can hold up to your own glass.
Ceramic
Cuts a lot of heat while staying nearly clear. Your windows look the same from inside and out.
Good for: living rooms and anywhere the view matters.
Dual-reflective
The best heat and glare cut for the money. Slightly mirrored from outside during the day.
Good for: west-facing rooms and sunrooms.
Want a rough number first?
Count your windows and pick a film. It's a ballpark, not a quote. I'll give you the real price when I measure.

Window tint questions people ask me
What does it usually cost?
Most homes I do land somewhere between $600 and $3,000. It depends on how many windows, how big they are, and which film. The rough price check above gets you close, and I'll give you an exact number at the measure.
Will I still be able to see out?
Yes. Ceramic film is close to invisible from inside. The darker films cut more glare, but you're still looking through clear glass.
Does it give privacy at night?
Reflective film only works during the day, when it's brighter outside. At night with your lights on, people can see in again. For privacy at night you'll still want blinds or curtains.
Will it void my window warranty?
Some window brands have rules about film. I check your window brand first and use a film that fits their guidelines.
Will my HOA be OK with it?
Almost always, especially with neutral or low-mirror films. I can leave you samples and spec sheets to send them.
How long does it take?
Most houses are done in one day. Don't clean the inside of the glass for about 30 days while the film cures.
